  • All prices are subject to change due to material, machining, and labor increases.


Shipping and Returns:


We use the United States Postal Service for our shipping. Any other service requested by the customer, will be at the customer's expense.

Our products are guaranteed 100% to be defective free when purchased. If the item is defective please drop us an e-mail, sales@ironeagletactical.com or call 573-348-5570, so we can discuss the problem and reach a solution. Our shipping address is:

Iron Eagle Tactical® is committed to providing the highest quality accessories to match the needs and expectations of its customers. In instances where the product does not meet your expectations, must be returned for warranty coverage or needs to be returned for any other reason the following terms and procedures should be followed:


GENERAL RETURNS:


Items may be returned in new and unopened condition within 10 days of delivery for a full store credit. Items returned will be at customer's expense.

All returns must be authorized by Customer Service by emailing sales@ironeagletactical.com or call 573-348-5570. Once an RMA# has been issued, please clearly mark the outside of the return shipping box with this number, otherwise your package will be returned unopened.

Note !!

If the Rails, Brush Guards, Eagle Talons or Extension Tubes have been removed from their packaging or mounted, we will not be able to return them to our stock and we will not accept them for a return.

WARRANTY RETURNS:


Before returning items for warranty issues, please contact Customer Service by emailing sales@ironeagletactical.com or call 573-348-5570, whereas each item is subject to specific warranty coverage and return procedures. All our products are guaranteed 100% Customer satisfaction. Returned items may be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer. The return shipping box should be marked clearly with the RMA# as issued by Customer Service, otherwise your package will be returned unopened.


CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE:


All clearance items are sold as-is and all sales are final. No returns or exchanges on these items will be accepted. Warranty service for manufacturing defects in these items must be done directly through the manufacturer.
